My granddaughters school shoes lasted 4 weeks and the bottoms were coming off. However a lovely lady let us replace them. We paid extra and the shoes are great and are lasting longer

If you're after cheap and cheerful over durability, this is the place for your pocket. Decent enough shoe/boot/trainer etc choice, plus other accessories such as inner soles, protective sprays, bags, etc. Lovely staff.

A well stocked, well presented City Center shop offering a pretty comprehensive, easy affordable selection of footwear for all ages. Staff are both helpful and polite which helps make parting with your money just a little more bearable.

5th Feb 2022 Disgraceful attitude from the store “manager” who laughed at me when I went to exchange my kids school shoes that were falling apart after 6 weeks of wear. Won’t be buying any more school shoes from this brand in the future, and the store manager desperately needs training.

I had to buy some foot wear because as I needed some shoes which I brought, there was a slight bit of issues here they were not well stocked for my size of shoes so I had to buy the much higher price shoe, also there seemed to have a other brand shoes being sold here which I didn't know although I got what I needed.
