I came here to pick up some items that I ordered online. Items were firstly available 3 days later than they were scheduled for (it took a week for them to be available at the store). I waited over 20 minutes for the items to be brought out to me. And then also 2 out 3 orders were broken - the plates and lampshades were broken, pots and pans were fine.Luckily I checked in the store. So always check.I wasted there over 1 hour all together for some pots and pans that I could have bought anywhere (I just added them to the main order which arrived broken). Long queues and then waiting for them to bring items/sort returns etc.Hopefully I'll get refunded correctly, the staff seemed not the most efficient and were unable to provide me with any refunds or proof of return on the spor..

I went in today to find they are playing musical chairs with the shelving. It's a joke how they can spend all the time in the world moving stuff around for no apparent reason, other than to annoy customers. Yet they do nothing about the products they NEVER have in stock. How the place can be called super" anything is beyond me. In terms of product variety

UPDATE: The bakery has gone downhill – product range has changed for the worse, and once, probably the best jam doughnuts you could get in a supermarket, are now all soggy and repacked with a new “best before” date until sold.A decent supermarket with in-house bakery and halal butcher counter. Poultry seems to be cheaper than in Tesco or Sainsbury’s. I love their selection of fancy sausages. Produce with the “use by date” next day is reduced throughout the afternoon and can be found at the end of the vegetable, or the meat aisle, respectively. Unfortunately, there is hardly any staff on the floor, if you need any help.

The store is extremely unclean, and the employees exhibit rude and disrespectful behavior. In comparison to other supermarkets, the customer experience is unpleasant. I am willing to spend money elsewhere to avoid shopping there.

From the entrance looking in , everything was welcoming with the Spirit of Christmas in the air The atmosphere surely invited me to treat. However I was unable to as I only went in to ask a Question. The staff that dealt with my Queries was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with with the way in which he helped me.

Pretty standard, yet slightly small ASDA. I've been here loads of times. No major issues. However, the fridge kept beverages are never cold for whatever reason. Usually luke warm. Staff at the checkouts are always very friendly. Staff at the kiosk/cigarette section could be a little friendlier.

Store floor was clean and tidy and shelves were fully stacked. Went here on a hot summer day and the air condition was on - very cool.
