Sometimes, there's only one cashier available, and in a location like that, it's just not enough to keep things running smoothly. But hey, overall, I'd still give it a solid 4 stars. Just a few improvements needed, you know? Keep enjoying your time there!

Don’t go there for dropping off your Evri parcel!!! Last drop off time shown on the Evri website is 11pm here but I was refused to drop off the parcel when I arrived at 10pm. OBVIOUSLY There is still 1 hour left for parcel drop off!!! The staff here is literally disinterested and not supportive because They just kept saying there’s nothing they can do.

I must say, I absolutely love this shop! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. No matter how busy it gets, they manage to maintain their positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.This shop is located in a prime spot right opposite the station, which means it's always bustling with activity. During rush hour or any time of the day, you'll notice a diverse and vibrant crowd of foreign visitors. It adds a unique and lively atmosphere to the place.As someone who works just above the shop, I can't emphasize enough how convenient it is for me. I can easily pop in whenever I need something or simply want to explore the diverse range of products they offer. It has become my go-to shop, thanks to its location and the wonderful experience it consistently provides.Overall, I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a friendly and helpful staff, a bustling atmosphere, and utmost convenience. It's truly a gem that adds a lot of value to my daily routine.

I come here regularly to shop/pick up parcels and there always seems to be issues with this tesco. It is always crowded and with a queue. The badly designed store can't segregate card payers and cash payers. The workers are always rude with the exception of one female worker that's very kind. The evri parcel pick up states the time frame for pickup but because they're busy or another, they told me the pickup is closed.

Well presented, the staff greeted me with a warm and friendly welcome. Despite it being a busy evening, the efficient staff managed to handle the crowds with ease.What impressed me the most was the excellent range of products available, especially for those looking for a quick bite. The meal deal section offered a variety of options which was convenient.Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised by the Christmas range they had on offer. Despite it being a small shop, they managed to stock an impressive selection of festive goodies. It definitely added a touch of holiday cheer to my shopping experience.

Most frustrating evri collection/drop off it always takes forever they have a stupid system in place and you have to queue multiple times just to see someone about it

Rude and terrible attitude on any level.If you would like to include Evri service in the shop. Either putting the signage saying it won't start until 10:00" or kindly informing the customer in a professional/service level way

Rude staff today (one guy, but that's all it takes); plus, they like to keep a maximum of about 2 tills open in order to make you experience as much inconvenience as possible. Horrible.

It has a great variety of goods/food that is convenient for locals and tourists alike. Meal deals are good value.

Had exactly what we needed and were looking for. Lady on the counter was lovely too.Overall I had a positive experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a quick meal and fast checkout.
