Edward is a very friendly, reasonable and communicative property manager who responds and helps when you need something fixed as soon as possible!This house is by far my favourite student shared house that I’ve lived in so far. Really spacious room with so much storage for a great price!

Had an excellent experience renting with Edward. I was a tenant in the last academic year and found the rent affordable. Any matters were resolved quickly and efficiently.

Edward has been assisting us in getting set up in a new student accommodation next year. Throughout this process he has been faultless, any query’s and developments that have arisen have been quickly dealt with. He is very dependable and easy going making the whole process much easier, couldn’t ask for anything more.

Britten Close was an awesome place for us as students.The place itself was looked after really well with nice, large rooms and Edward was always at the end of the phone and quick to resolve any issue.For location, you can't get much better - it was super close to the University, like seriously, you couldn't get any closer without being on campus. Would have stayed on if we weren't graduating in the summer!
