O'Kane's provided a very professional service. The staff are some of the most caring, respectful people you could ever meet. They make sure your every need is taken care of and are quick to answer questions at any time. The funeral parlour itself is lovely and comfortable. I cannot praise this company enough. Our mum died in the early hours of last Thursday. Every member of staff in OKanes with whom we came into contact over the last 8 days has been compassionate empathetic and respectful. This has ensure d that we have been able to give our mum a dignified parting from this world when we are all experiencing such a difficult time.

Some years ago, when I buried my mother, O'Kanes flouted my instructions (and my late-mother's wishes) not to admit non-family to what should have been a private service, causing great distress to me at already stressful time.
