Stunning terrace area. Very reasonable prices. Cheaper than most spoons. E.g. one shot of bells cost 99p. Great deals available. Traditional breakfast is £3.50. Would highly recommend a visit.

This may well be the worst pub we’ve ever been in. Pros: the bartender. That’s it. He was really nice, funny, hard working, and helpful. The service 5 stars are solely for him. Cons: the app to order food doesn’t work (at least not when we were there. And it wasn’t just us.) The bartender is the only one working hard, so it all took FOREVER. The food is typical chain nonsense. As a bonus, my “Alfredo” pasta (I’m using that label VERY loosely; absolutely none of the ingredients listed for the dish on the menu actually belong in Alfredo sauce… but let’s not split hairs, here) came to the table actually cold. Like cold, cold. Also, the added grilled chicken I ordered equaled 2 whole pieces, that together would have been lost on a saltine. My SO thought his sandwich was mediocre at best, and his frozen fries downright bad. Do yourself a favour, and do not eat here. Go, talk to the lovely bearded bartender, have a pint of good ale, and get the heck out.

Loved it and will be back again, it was a great retreat after the wonders of Winter Droving which we loved, food, drink n atmosphere was spot on X Finished the evening off well, very lucky to grab one of the last tables as was very busy due to the festival.

Came here with family and had a meal each and drinks. We ordered a small pizza, halloumi fries, all day brunch and the beyond burger then 2 large Pepsi max and 3 refillable hot drinks. We ordered and paid via the QR code on the front of the menu. The drinks came quickly enough and the food also which was nice. The food was nice, the only thing I’d say is that the halloumi fries and pizza were too well done and a bit burnt but the rest of the food was nice. The beyond burger isn’t what you would expect with its name, it is just literally a veggie burger, not the branded style “Beyond Burger”. I like how you can get the free refillable hot drinks and I think that’s one of the main reasons we like to go to a Wetherspoons. Only thing about this location is it doesn’t have its own car park. There is a very small pay and display one opposite that charges £1 an hour which isn’t bad at all but just bare this in mind if you are on a budget. 2 hours was more than enough for us to eat and drink without rushing. We put an hour on then went back out to add another. If you do it using the app then you can add extra on from inside anyway. This Wetherspoons was quite a nice one anyway. It seemed to have plenty of staff and wasn’t long between ordering and getting our food. We left feeling full and was overall happy with the experience! Thank you

We have been coming here for breakfast regularly for some time and the food had been excellent. However, recently the stsndard has been dropping- cold and undercooked food. Today we had lo leave quite a lot - not eatable. The waiting staff (who seem rushed off their feet) are very pleasent and helpful, but cold food (even if cheap) from a kitchen that was not at all busy seems inexcusable. Our last breakfast visit.

We had an early evening meal, and ordered via the app, which worked very well. Our food and drinks came pretty quickly. There was even room for a dessert. No complaints at all.
