I've been seeing Carly for a month now. Initially to build up strength to help support my weak bones. I can't believe how much better I feel. More confident in my current strength but also in seeing a way forward not just physically, but emotionally and psychologically as well. Carly has a quiet gentle way and an inner strength that seems to rub off, I feel great after our sessions. Her knowledge of nurtition and women's health is sound and I have every confidence in her.

I contacted Carly for help with my diet to assist in lowering my cholesterol levels and at the same time trying to add some healthy body weight.Carly was very understanding, easy to talk with and at no point did I feel rushed.I did have some idea of where I needed to be with my diet but needed clarification and direction as the information you can get off the internet can be very conflicting. Carly has now set me on the right track knowing the diet I am following is correct to give me the best chance of reaching my goals. I would not hesitate to recommend Carly to anyone who wants to improve their wellbeing and have the support of a professional to reach their goals.

Carly has helped me completely change my mindset towards nutrition and to myself. After years of trying the latest diet and swinging from restricting foods to overeating I was at a point where I honestly thought I couldn’t do it. Carly helped me learn how to see food as nutrition for my body and that giving myself good nutrition and finding balance was actually self care. I have built a consistent approach in to my life and have a much better relationship with food and with myself. I enjoy strength training now and see food as fuel to help improve my strength and love lifting weights and feeling strong. Highly recommend Carly as a coach, she is super supportive and goes at the pace that suits you tailored to what you want to achieve.

I have been going to Carly after I recovered from a chronic illness and wanted to build my strength up again after years of sickness. I was very nervous about exercising again after being so ill, however Carly has been the perfect person to help me as she started me off at the perfect level for my fitness at the time, has encouraged me and supported me through the journey and has been incredibly understanding of the process. I went from knowing nothing about weight lifting to having a lot of confidence doing the exercises. I would highly recommend her to anyone who asks.

I've been working with Carly for 9 months following a major operation and wanted to focus on strength & conditioning but had a lack of confidence and fear of the gym. Carly put a plan together that was tailored specifically for me and adapted as required around my IronMan training schedule. The strength training definitely helped me recover quicker and gain some swim and bike personal bests. In that time, I’ve made a physical transformation, feel more body confident and gained skills for life. I can highly recommend Carly for her knowledge especially on menopause/female health, flexibility and her gentle approach to helping me achieve my best.

I came to Carly to get some help to become more healthy and stronger; she has indeed helped me with that and so much more! We have worked through food, issues, psychological barriers and helps, as well as getting into a routine of training. She makes space for a very personal touch, combining with the professional knowledge from her PT and dietician backgrounds, and dropping little science nuggets where she thinks it may help me.But mostly, the general gentle encouragement to continuous improvement has helped me to become more confident in the gym has helped me cope outside of the gym - I can do a lot of things I never thought I could!

I was a complete gymophobe and joined the gym only to use the pool. After a while I reached out to Carly to ask for help with my fitness as after lockdown and major surgery I was seriously unfit. Carly has not only helped improve my fitness she is a great instructor listening to me moaning but still pushing me to do more. I'm now enjoying the gym and recommend 100%
