My personal experience with this law firmis very positive.No nonsense straight forward professional approach. Friendly and supportive solicitors. Ofcourse court hearing waiting times can get quite long due to high amount of cases but this is something that is out of their control. Treadstone Law has helped me to appeal against CCJ and defended me well. As the result the CCJ had been removed from my credit file.Many thanks to Tradeston Law Solicitors!

Cowboys, please steer clear. I would not normally write a review that could impact a business but the way Paul has handled this case is shocking. They have taken almost £1000 and I have had no correspondence other than 2 word emails, I called to speak to Paul who was abrupt and rude. Still no evidence that this submission has been made. If you are looking for someone to remove your CCJ you are probably desperate and I feel Treadstone take advantage of this. It has been months and I have now spoken to the company myself and made the N244 application myself and have been assured as it is processed through the system, the CCJ will be removed. Court fees for £275 only. Please avoid using this firm at all costs and save yourself some money.

Don’t use CCJ removal they over promise and underdeliver ! Lowell or debt company dictate the terms if CCJ ‘s are removed not Treadstone ! Save your £600 they’re useless and never answer the phone : ps when they say they checked their system and have no record of this person there lying !!! To do not use !!!!

Terrible communication. Never answer phone, take days and days to hear back from over email to answer a simple query. Always full of excuses. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone.

I have raised a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman regarding this firm and their poor service and threatening behaviour.Since posting this review, which is my honest opinion of the service I received, the company in question have sent me a letter threatening legal action due to my review. These are not people I would advise anybody to deal with.Don't make the mistake I made and hire Treadstone Law Solicitors for CCJ removal. It is difficult to quantify how much money making the mistake of hiring Treadstone Law Sollicitors has cost me. I paid for the service hoping for a quick resolution and it has been anything but.I'd advise people to avoid this company, particularly for CCJ removal. Having a County Court Judgement set aside yourself is a straight forward task, just requires you to follow the instructions and fill out an N244 form, which is avaialable on the governments webiste. Involving Treadstone Law Solicitors to deal with a CCJ on your behalf will just increase expense, time and stress if my own experience is anything to go by.10 months and over £500 down and I can't even get an email reply from them on my case. Very unprofessional company. They all seem to share one email address (sometimes it is Chloe, sometimes it is Etham) and it is hit or miss whether you are talking to someone familiar with your case or not. Above all else the communication from this law firm is just not good enough for the prices they charge.This is my personal experience witht his company and based upon that this is my honest opinion.

Used Treadstone Law for a tricky legal issue I had. They were great. Explained everything in easy to understand language. The staff were really friendly and approachable . Kept me informed throughout the case and happily for me they got me the result I wanted. Highly recommended.
