The customer service for this store is terrible. We were assured that our tiles would be in first thing in the morning and they still hadn't arrived by the end of the day. Which meant we had to pay our tiler a full days wages to basically watch his adhesive dry. Very disappointed. Wouldn't use again and would strongly advise others against them too.

Visited Topps Cirencester to look for some floor tiles for our soon to be refurbished bathroom. TBH, we’re slightly surprised by the relatively low overall rating score on the store. We were welcomed by Steve, who, having understood our requirement for smaller tiles than the current norm for a relatively small floor area, quickly identified some options, provided some good advice on the slip ratings, and then helped us through the sample and grout matching process. Best service we’ve experienced, against some far more expensive competitors, and left with three credible options. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Found almost everything we needed for a medium tiling job, the staff here were very helpful is ensuring we got what we needed without selling us things we didn't need! I'm no tiling expert, so needed as much help and advice as I could! Great store, reasonably priced,would definitely recommend!
