Medivet Bisley

AVOID! Jouned the Bisley surgery last year after being on a waiting list for approx 6 months, due to it being such a highly rated vet. Then Medivet took over, the end!Saw a vet on 28Jul23 due to my ragdoll cat having very inflamed eyes, a fairly recurrent issue usually swiftly treated with eye drops. Was then called on Monday 31st July to be told I'd been undercharged so had to pay a further £12. I requested a call back from the vets as my cat was not responding to this eye drop. No call back. I called again, was told vet was busy and would call back. No call back. I then called back 4 times in 1 week and every time was told vet busy will call back. No call back. Note: simple prescription required for an alternative eye drop which has worked every time in the past. No call back, Ben on reception seemed quite embarrassed and rightly so. 2 weeks later I have now booked an appt with Guildford Vets, where I will pay once more due to the incompetence of the Bisley team, who clearly don't care unless you clock back in with another £70, to rectify their initial poor diagnosis and cure. Needless to say I will move both ragdolls from here on to Guildford Vets, despite not being local.Overall absolutely appalling service, gone from best vet in the area to complete shambles.

My cat was quite poorly, they were very sympathetic and explained every step in a language I could understand. The vet told me of her concerns, we talked them through and a plan of action taken. I'm very happy with the treatment and handling of my cat.

I was very happy with the service I got when I took Lola for her yearly vaccinations.

Receptionist megan was lovely but vet was abruptl unfriendly and lacked social skills. The building decor dated and dirty

I was seen the following day and the vet tech took great care of my pet and was very helpful.

Sad to leave this practice due to e-location but always had really excellent care for both our dogs from Fred and his team

Ok but only one vet. We had to take our cat to Guildford and all ongoing treatment means a trip there now instead of just down the road.

I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone here for bending over backwards and being so helpful and kind in a time of need. Especially in a time where the veterinary industry is on its knees and everyone is struggling.
