Very limited lines on the shelves for instance they sell worktops but none of the associated stuff to fit them so you will probably end up going somewhere else

Small store, they never seem to have anything that you need. It has to be ordered in. Head to the Crawley store, much more selection.

Never thought I would say this about a B&Q store but I was a bit disappointed. It didn't have anything I wanted. I guess it's okay for basic 'stuff' but would probably look for a bigger store.

Excellent customer service by Charlie at Redhill B&Q - went the extra mile to help me with a non-standard request and I arrived near shop closing time, nothing was too much trouble. Professional and friendly.
