Six Brunton Place Guest House
Very well appointed Guest House. Our Garden Room was excellent as was breakfast. Free on road parking is a bonus at weekends(£4/day through the week) and the complimentary red and white wine was a very nice touch. Recommended...although perhaps not if you are on a tight budget.

Six Brunton Place Guest House
Beautiful town house B& B around 20 minutes walk from Waverley Station. The bedroom was of a good size, with super king sized bed which was so comfortable. Hospitality tray provided with tea and coffee and biscuits. The bathroom had lovely shower gel,shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body, all organic and made in Scotland.Breakfast was served in the beautiful dining room, the staff were very efficient. Breakfast choice was continental and cooked. Cereals,fresh berries, yoghurt,smoked salmon, scrambled eggs,bacon,sausage etc.A very well run B&B ,Hillary is an excellent host.

A Lovely Stay. 5/5, 10/10. So glad that I found this place during the busy Christmas markets season. The room & ensuite were perfect and the perfect size for me (Courtyard). Brilliant service and wee extras. Really 0 faults.Hope yous enjoy the Christmas break and thank you for everything.

Nice rooms very clean, great location too just a short stroll to Calton Hill. easily best generous breakfast I’ve ever had in B&B’s , fresh juice, fruit, quality yogurt and cooked breakfast it’s done to perfection with quality ingredients. It was great find and looking forward to coming back soon.

Lovely 4 night stay at this Bed and Breakfast. Host was welcoming with helpful recommendations. Room was well appointed and bed was comfortable. Nice location across from Carlton Hill within walking distance to all the sights. The breakfast was top notch with many choices. Took advantage of the complimentary wine while relaxing in the sitting room after a great day sightseeing. Highly recommend.

What an absolute gem! Hilary was welcoming and friendly, our room and bathroom were luxurious and extremely clean, plus the little touches (coffee machine, fluffy towelling robes, wine and Sky) were gratefully welcomed.The breakfast had a great variety, lovely fresh fruit and juices, and cooked breakfast was delicious.Unfortunately we were only here 1 night but I would highly recommend and happily return.

We stayed in the Garden Room for 3 nights. The room was gorgeous, with everything replenished and tidied while we were out. Decent fluffy towels and generous dressing gowns were a treat.Lots of breakfast choice which was prepared freshly. The complementary wine was a lovely bonus and went down very well.Well placed for all the interesting places to visit, it was a short walk to Holyrood and Carlton Hill and not too far to Stockbridge.A wonderful Luxury B&B.

Six Brunton Place Guest House
We are from Canada visiting UK and the place was really impressive. It's an old Victorian flat and literally felt like we were in a fairytale. Hillary the owner, was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The room was big enough for 2 people. The bathroom was renovated with big tub and shower area. It was like a spa treatment to us. The breakfast was delicious and food were freshly made. We didn't want to leave the dining table. It is one of the best BNB that I have stayed ever. Holyrood house and Calton Hill are walking distance from the place. I highly recommend this place.

Just perfect. Loved the accommodation / our room was spacious and very comfortable and our breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal for our needs and Hilary was a lovely host. Will definitely be back again.

Six Brunton Place Guest House
Everything and more you could hope for in a guest house, from a warm welcome to perfect breakfasts and advice. I would highly recommend a stay here. We were lucky enough to stay in The Garden Room which was amazingly spacious plus a bath tub of my dreams! Luxurious bedding, towels and huge shower. Perfectly located to have a good nights sleep but also close enough to easily walk in. We will be leaving with plenty of memories of Edinburgh X
