The crew arrived right on time. After carrying out a thorough assessment of what needed doing, they proceeded to deep clean the house very rigorously. They were happy to even go above and beyond what was initially agreed to satisfy our requests. Very professional and very thorough. Great communication on the manager’s side. I booked an End Of Tenancy Cleaning through their website and Mira guided me through every step and communicated well! The cleaning team arrived on point and was very quick and efficient and they also did a really good job with the cleaning - the flat looks brand new! Big props to the cleaners, Kalo, Silvia & Kate who were very kind and approachable! Would highly recommend Top Cleaning for an end of tenancy clean. The cleaners (I believe their names were Kalo, Silvia and Kate) did an amazing job and the team kept us updated with any delays.
