Excellent customer service from Julie at Delcor, Seaton Delaval. We have had our sofas for over 20 years, with one refurbishment. We like our sofas so much that we hope to have them for years to come. We couldn't fault the extremely helpful advice from Julie.

The service and help I received has been amazing . Julie iin sales was very knowledgable about my purchase . Nothing was too much trouble for her and she went above and beyond delivering excellent customer service . Ian in the transport department has been fantastic , very friendly and professional on the telephone . He has constantly kept in touch with me and updated with delivery dates .

Just taken delivery of our 3rd Delcor Sofa and it’s perfect. Fully expect it to last as long as the first one which is still looking like new after 30+ yrs. Visited Delcor today to enquire about a repair or replacement cushion cover which my delightful puppy chewed through. The service was amazing! Staff repaired the cushion within an hour of visiting the store. Brilliant after care service and extremely efficient staff .

At no time did we feel under any pressure to make a decision about fabric or style of either our sofa bed or scatter cushions.Julie was there to answer our questions and support our discussion and decisions at every stage.In fact we were so thrilled that we then decided to order a separate and coordinating chair made for the same room. It was slightly modified in both height and width for us and yet still retains its proportions perfectly. It is a luxurious addition to our sitting room!The final overall result is stunning. Dave and Paul delivered my new gorgeous Bliss Sofa and Armchair this morning and couldn’t have been a more professional couple of guys! After buying sofas from Delcor's now closed Newcastle City Centre shop in 1998. I decided to give them a new lease of life and have them recovered.
