Super company who not only offer a fantastic range of paint at a really keen price but also offer a first class level of service. My order arrived quick, extremely well packaged and complete. I have no hesitation recommending Trade Paint Direct.

Ordered paint and paid - needed a particular paint for a job, and already had the work booked in, so needed the paint on time. Heard nothing for two weeks. I chased them - no response, and then a couple of days later a refund appears in my Paypal. Still no contact, and now I have had to cancel/delay the job and annoy my customers (a commercial property that had a small time window to get the job done before paying clients returned). Useless.

Trade Paint Direct have good prices but it is hit and miss with the delivery. Once it came overnight the other time it took almost a week. I would like to use them again but if the paint doesn't arrive the job won't get done.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! BEWARE!!!I placed an order and paid for some paint on 23.3.20 and am still waiting for the products!!.I have had X 3 deliveries attempting to fulfill my simple order and all three have been wrong!!!!!!!!!!!I have been unable to complete the work I had planned on my business due the complete and utter inefficiency and Inability of Trade Paint Direct!Additionally, their lack of care and attention towards me, their customer, who pays their wages and helps keep their business operating has been appalling!! No answer for days, no genuine apology nor want to resolve the situation for me

Ordered some barn paint with them didn't arrive in stated time rang to chase told would be next day didn't turn up rang to chase again told it would arrive on Saturday, still didn't turn up eventually arrived 7 days after when it should of been delivered.When called about this told they are aware of problem getting the paint but no there fault they didn't let me know the customer which I find very strange very bad customer service really my rating should be 0 star.

I got my paints on time and had no issues with the items. I contacted them to ensure items were available and would be delivered on time, and there was a quick turnaround for this. It would be good to check them out.

I ordered 5 Prodec brushes as they're mixed bristle, but I got Albany synthetic brushes instead. No apology to say they're not in stock; they just sent these instead! I've rung them repeatedly over several days and there's always the same recording saying we're busy and to e-mail as that's the quickest way to get a response. I've e-mailed several times, but of course have got no response. The stock on their website is clearly never updated, they never pick up their phone and they never answer e-mails. I'd like my money back!

My paint never arrived UPS busted it up and wouldn't accept a liability. Contacted trade paint direct told them the issue and they issued an immediate refund after contacting UPS. Props for dealing with it fast and professionally.

Really poor customer service, emails where iether ignored or slow response. Paint should have arrived on 6 August.It took until the 2nd of September for them to give me the courier name and reference number.I asked them to phone me, they never did.I'm absolutely fuming, never again
