Excellent customer service, friendly, professional, with an eye for the finer details. My product arrived the next working day as stated in my invoice. Saved our 2011 MacBook Pro after a tea spill ruined the keyboard. 24 hour turnaround, we could not be happier with the service which has given our machine a new lease of life!

Purchased a MacBook Pro logic board that kindly was left with the CPU heatsink saving me the trouble of having to apply the thermal compound and glue the protective rubbers of the screws.Needless to say the board worked flawlessly, and instead of buying a new MacBook I was able to replace the logic board and boot like nothing changed.I recommend The Bookyard without hesitation

I needed a replacement delete" keycap for my 16 inch MacBook Pro (2019)

Top notch service. Used them in the past for a couple of replacement keys and again this week for a replacement MacBook microphone. Genuine part, reasonably priced and received next working day. A really niche supplier that does a great job and recycles working parts from otherwise broken equipment.

I've benn looking for quite some time for replacement parts for my old MAC and finally found The BookYard. They had what I needed at a good price (what a pity that when ordering from outside the UK, customs expenses took a good part of the savings).There was a small problem with the order and the communication was smooth, fast and professional. They sent me the part again free of charge. I highly recommend this company.

I am so happy I found this website, I had broken a key from my keyboard of my Macbook air M1 and repair shops in Spain were asking me a lot of money for just one broken key. I ordered online the missing key for 5 euros with delivery costs, it took only one week to be delivered internationally, and it was very easy to repair on my own. I cannot recommend more this shop !!

AVOID.I was unsure about this site at first, but decided to try it as the prices offered were good. I placed my order on February 8th and paid for next day shipping. I received no order confirmation via email or any indication that I’d actually purchased anything, but my card was charged. By February 12th I still hadn’t heard anything, so I reached out and received no response. Following this, and a week after my order, I again reached out and threatened to initiate a chargeback on my card. At this point I heard back from the team who assured me they’d get to the bottom of my issue. They told me on multiple occasions they’d be in touch the next working day, and failed to do so multiple times, with me having to repeatedly chase them for updates before I gave up and asked for a refund which I’m now waiting for, but won’t be surprised if I don’t see come through.At best this is a complete mess of a company and at worst it’s an outright scam website. I would strongly advise going elsewhere and saving yourself the hassle.

Computers and data can be really stressful especially when they go wrong. I thought my hard drive would never be accessible again due to my old computer. These guys did an amazing job of getting it back up and running, my iTunes is back in my life. Shout out to Aaron, he’s a mac jedi
