Clean nice new van, Efficient service at reception and nice staff. Online DVLA check meant I only needed to have my driving license with me at the point of collection. After hours drop off was very very helpful. Yes I would totally recommend VMS Van Hire

I am totally satisfied with the friendly personal service that I have received from Claire and Paul over the last few years at the Sunderland Branch, having also dealt with Claire during her previous employment. Hired many vehicles over the years, mainly commercials with towing capacity and an actual tow bar!, unlike so many other companies in the marketplace, Best David.

We hired our car in Tiverton. Very efficient, helpful and very friendly team. Would have liked a handbook as quite often the touchscreen said 'refer to handbook'!Cannot recommend highly enough and would most definitely use them again.
