Moved to this house in November 2020. We first contacted Ben for some advice about our heating and boiler controls with a view to him doing a service on our gas fire and boiler later in the year. Ben's advice was clear and spot on and did not charge us for this. Since then he has serviced the fire and the boiler and in both cases had to go way beyond a normal service given the neglected state of the equipment. We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend his services

Ben came to my rescue when I lost all pressure to my (elderly) gas boiler. He fitted me in to get it going again so i couldn't be without heating and hot water, then came back to do a more thorough service. Very professional, honest and trustworthy around the prognosis for an old boiler; agreeing that its best to keep it going and look after it for now.

Ben did a fantastic job repairing a faulty boiler, it was a bit of a challenge as the problem wasn’t that straight forward. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained in detail all the necessary steps for the repair. He’s also a really nice guy, will definitely be calling him back in the future.Highly recommend.
