Spent £18 on PS5 game, got home and it won't install. looking at the disc it looks like it has disc rot. I don't drive and don't live in MK so it will cost me just to return the game. Refused to just refund the money if I sent some evidence via email that it didn't work. So I'm going to have to spend time and money to get there just to prove to them that a game they claim to have tested but clearly haven't doesn't work. Frustrating.

Staff were fun when we went to sell our daughters PS4 and a VR set. Equipment testing was quick and efficient, and offer went up due to other items in our bag. We were paid in cash. Would definitely use them again.

These guys have consistently gone above and beyond whilst dealing with me as a customer over the past couple of months. Upfront and honest figures provided, friendly staff who always greet me like a friend of the company... Genuinely the best place to exchange your second hand electronics. The staff on the ground level are excellent and really passionate about video games/collector items. Kudos to them. Really nice people. They offered me a perfectly reasonable chunk of cash for my entire collection of retro games and consoles based on a spreadsheet I devised around CeX's offerings and their own knowledge on the market + eBay resale values. I knew I could get far more on the market individually but they hands down gave me the best offer for a quick and easy alternative. Unfortunately, management based in Stratford refused to offer more than half of what they quoted under any circumstance. It was all or nothing. To think I could've probably made 4x what they ended up offering (talking complete Gamecube, SNES and N64 games) if I put a little more leg work in myself. I brought the collection to Baseo with the hopes that a smaller store would see the value in a win-win deal. Management overrode a great business decision and decided they don't like games OR money. They don't want stock or cash. What is the point of this business?

One of the best texh stores in Milton Keynes. The staff a very friendly, always honest and up front and very capable. I've bought, sold, and used the buy back service, you don't get lowballed, you get a reasonable offer, and they don't make you feel like a beggar, like some buy back companies.10/10 would, and will use again.
