Waves Hand Car Wash Macclesfield

Been twice, two days in a row to find they've shut over an hour early both times. This is even after someone else went in before me and informed them I was 10 minutes away and confirmed the open hours to be longer than they were actually opened for

I arrived 10 minutes closing and asked if they could wash my van to which they agreed but were not very happy about it. They insisted I move the van into / out of wash bay and became aggressive when I challenged them on their inflated cost (£15 for a 10 minute wash) the signage said large: £11. Would not have been a problem if they had informed me about the increased cost before the wash - I would have politely declined and gone around the corner as they do a great service for £11. I used to take my car here a lot but won’t be going back as they showed poor customer service & were aggressive.

You need to watch as some of them charge more then IMO

Was so excited to have my car washed and cleaned, paid £30 for gold- clean and hoover, returned to car and no air freshener, and back seats soaking wet with no explanation as to why. A little disappointed

I have used this place quite a lot. The last 2 time have been very poor. I asked them today could they please do a better job that the previous time but when I got my car it was still dirty, I had to ask them to rehoover it and there was still bird pooh on the outside! The dashboard cleaner was all patchy, it looked awful and had to spend an hour at home hoovering and polishing it. To top it off, it has gone up by £2.00!!I won’t use them again

Situated in Tesco's car park. Convenient to have car washed whilst shopping. Good results for a reasonable price. They cover a simple wash and dry to a full wax and valet.

The guys did a great job on my car; would recommend!

Will review again, once I've used it, only one star, due to the fact, they didn't have card payments set up, the owner told me, that he was getting this sorted out, Will review again.
