I hurt My back so badly that I struggled to walk, Glasgow City Osteopaths was recommended to me and After my first visit I couldn't believe how much better I felt already and after a few visits I could feel myself getting better and better, I am now back to my old self again and would definitely recommend Glasgow City Osteopaths.

I'd been suffering with pain around my shoulder blade for a few months. Russell not only eliminated the pain, he was able to identify the causes so that I could prevent the problem coming back. He advised on good stretching and breathing techniques, better posture and how to improve my working environment to avoid future back problems. I wish I'd gone sooner!

Took my baby at 7 weeks old into Russell after she had several weeks of discomfort. We tried numerous colic remedies (small milk change) , reflux solutions (gaviscon etc) We were about to look into medicine when we stumbled across the online advert. So glad we did. From the minute we met Russell he was professional and a wealth of experience and knowledge and a nice break from the medical/ doctor/ nursing environment. He spotted tension in our child and set about releasing it. Added to that he gave us tips on how to quickly get the baby out of a stressful environment. Tips on winding, cleaning, bathing to name but a few. His field of expertise is another way of bringing comfort and calm without any aid of medicine. And my wife and I really can't sing his praises high enough. If your child is in distress and irritable, upset, generally uncomfortable I'd definately be ringing his practice. He will ask a lot of questions but that's to allow him to really get to know what he's dealing with and pin point where the stress is manifesting.An absolute professional.

I have been suffering from back pain on and off for a few years now which has always been diagnosed as muscular, I have been to chiropractors and physios, this was my first visit to an osteopath and i have had much better and quicker results with less invasive techniques. Russell’s expert treatment has been such a great help to me. He has enabled me to keep mobile and address any pain I have been experiencing. Before my first appointment I had been walking with a limp and the week after - the limp had gone!
