Delivered items to the wrong house and the driver left them in the open for anyone to pick up or steal. Had the driver bothered to ring the phone number that was on the invoice (that he left by the panels) or even knocked on the door he would have known that it was the wrong place. Just shockingly lazy.

Brilliant, for example, i forgot I needed 2 x 1 tonne bags of ballast and this was a Friday morning, rang them up spoke to Billy explained my problem and he said hold on a minute I'll go and speak to ginge. Came back and said yea we can deliver to you Saturday morning first thing. So I goes in to pay and said to ginge if it would make your guys lives easier you can drop it off today?? . Thought no more about it then 3 hours later my misses says to me there a tudors lorry baking up the drive.. couldn't believe it. Now thats what you call service. Well done lads.

Despite having been taken over by a larger firm, they have maintained their standard of service.Reasonable prices, even for the little guy without an account.Helpful staff with a can do attitude.Will often confirm a specific query about a product by going out into the yard to check. Have been able to add something to an existing order at short notice as long as the lorry hadn't been loaded and space permitting.The drivers have always done an excellent job for me, despite my difficult location. Free and fast delivery with no minimum order, although I try not to take the mickey.

The guys at Tudors are really helpful, never patronising no matter what dumb question you ask and appear to be constantly enthusiastic and cheerful! Prices always competitive and on several occasions have been cheaper than bigger and online merchants. Free delivery!!!

The delivery driver was extremely rude and unhelpful. He didn't call ahead to let me know he had arrived. (The property was empty). He refused to unload the materials into the house even though Tudors had agreed to this. As a woman on her own, this caused a lot of stress as it was physically impossible to do it alone. Fortunately some groundwork was being carried out in the garden and those kind men unloaded the delivery for me. The delivery man stuffed the delivery note in our letterbox and drove off!! I am disgusted by his behaviour in these times when we need people to be kind. The property was empty and he was in no danger. I have been left extremely disappointed by the lack of kindness and generosity displayed.

Good value on some things, particularly on bulk stuff. Much of their stuff in the shop is not priced which sometimes can lead to you paying significantly more than you need to. E.g. I bought 1000 plasterboard screws for £35! Realised you could get identical in screwfix and b and q for £10. So I took them back unused and they did refund and saved £25. Still slightly better value on plasterbaord though so will to back.

Any issues have now been resolved.On 3 occasions I’ve been to the roofing dept & on each occasion I’ve left thinking I must remember never to go there again! The lack of enthusiasm is incredible & I want to shout if you don’t enjoy your job go and do something else. I’m doing a sizeable self build but really resent given you any more money. I’m all for buying local but these employees definitely need a lesson on customer service.
