After many years with different law firms who were just running around racking up costs for me with no results, I decided to come to Seth Law and this was the best choice I have ever made. Samira is extremely helpful and worked my case which resulted with a positive outcome in my immigration case. The result meant I could stay with my family ( who were also helped by Samira) whom i hadn't seen in many years. It is coming up to around 10 years i have been with Seth Law and not once have i had a complaint. I have recommended many of my friends to Seth Law who also say they have been helped by her and will continue to refer more and more people. 10/10 service and would recommend to anyone with immigration help!

Terrible! DO NOT USE. So incompetent. Firstly they happily accepted my claim as it seemed like an easy one to solve. Their service seemed good and pleasant at first, then they started to contact me after a couple of months, when I was told to expect a call within a few days or couple of weeks. They then apparently transferred my case (WITHOUT ASKING ME) to 'hawker Jones solicitors' which were even more useless. In the end my claim fell through because of them wasting mine and the MIB's time. I had to call to see what's happening with my case as they did not update me and MIB had said that they had not provided them with the required documents although they had been given more than one opportunity. They also tried to shift the blame to the next solicitor firm but only after I had to chase up after the case. Useless. They did not attempt to help resolve the matter or even apologise. Very unprofessional. Do not use.

I wouldn’t waste your time using these solicitors. The service I have recieved has been shocking. They have given me wrong information throughout dealing with them. I have made a formal complaint with them and the manager took over dealing with my case. she has been less than helpful too. Today I chased things up (again - this is what you will do if you use them you will have to chase everything). I spoke to her at lunchtime and she said she would speak to the person who had started dealing with my case. I didnt receive a phone call back so three hours later called again and she ignored my call. I phoned less than a minute later from another number and she picked up and was well caught out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I doubt I will even hear a final response regarding my formal complaint so I am most likely going to have to take this complaint to the legal ombudsman who have already advised me to do this.
