I sent an email regarding dog sitting for our honeymoon for two weeks and also popping to look after our cats with home visits which I received a reply a day later to say yes she was free for them dates which was brilliant so I sent an email back saying to book us in and I would pop through with the deposit and never got any reply! So I gave her a ring and nobody answered so I left a voice mail saying I had sent an email and to give me a ring back please. . . And never heard anything back so I rang the next day and no answer I tried once more the day after and nothing again! I give up! I know people live busy lives but how some people manage to run a business is beyond me.

Louise is so good with my Japanese akita willow.,Always able to fit her in for my weekends away. Willow always comes home very happy and I'm sure she cannot wait for her next visit.I would be lost with out you Louise. You are a top lady who I so trust with my furbaby. 100 percent. Buddy loves his visits, rushes in the house as fast as he can when we arrive and doesn’t want to leave! Excellent service and updates / photos provided throughout the day. Highly recommended!
