The service was brilliant and smooth. Called in as I had a deadlocked car that hadn't been started for 18 months so. a very flat battery. Couldn't get the bonnet open and my only option was to break a window. James from Aylesbury Lock and key came and sorted the problem in my absence and just called when it was done. Would not hesitate to cal them again or indeed recommend them to friends or family. Spot on!

Excellent service. Have tried to have the key cut at a few Timpson shops and had no luck, but on the first attempt with these guys they have kindly sorted it, no issues! Thank you so much would not hesitate to recommend.

Great service from lovely people. These guys do everything you want in the best way. They answer the phone, book you in promptly, turn up when they say they will, fix stuff quickly, clean up afterwards and, perhaps just as important, are genuine and good people. Pete was unable to fix my discontinued door lock on the first visit, so he provided a temporary fix until the relevant parts were available, communication was prompt and clear and he returned quickly to finish the job. Highly recommended.

Locked out of my house due to broken lock. Peter arrived very quickly, gained entry & secured the door until new parts were available. James did a first class job of expertly fitting the new locks & gave some good advice for enhanced security measures. Very neat job by friendly efficient locksmiths. Would highly recommend.

Aylesbury Lock and Key Centre
Brought some euro locks that came with a 10 year guarantee in 2018 from lockandkey.co.uk and after 5 years the key failed and got stuck in the barrel. I called l&k and they were happy to start the guarantee process with the manufacturer on my behalf. Mat from L&K gave me a few suggestions to remove the key first. I'm happy to say it worked and lucky I had a second key for the lock. Great customer service. It's the reason I get most of my locks from L&K.co.uk.
