Sainsbury's in Middlesbrough is an excellent supermarket with plenty to offer. They have a fantastic range of products, and everything is reasonably priced. The parking lot is spacious and well-maintained, making it easy to find a spot close to the entrance. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to assist customers. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, with clear signage making it easy to find what you need. The checkout process is quick and efficient, with plenty of tills open to ensure minimal waiting times. Overall, Sainsbury's in Middlesbrough provides a great shopping experience with excellent prices, convenient parking, and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Haven't been to Middlesbrough store for a while. It was quiet when we arrived, which was nice. The only issue was lack of staff on the checkouts, had to use self service Card Only option, a few issues trying to scan called over the assistant who was very helpful.

Sainsbury's products are very good and the shop is well stockedHowever the lack of tills and customer service is not very good at allAn elderly gentleman working on the self service yesterday was appalling. He was abrupt, bad tempered and rude. The other problems seems to be staff or visitors to the store stood in groups blocking aisles and oblivious to customers. No longer a pleasant shopping experience

Horrendous customer service! The worker spoke to me appalling and did not help resolve the situation. She had an attitude for no reason, and I am horrified. I will not be returning again. She looked older, and had grey curly hair.

Only went for a few items without problems. The one major downside was the disabled toilet was OUT OF ORDER" yet again. Have lost count of how often this occurs. Disability discrimination comes to mind as it seems to be the norm."

disgusting customer service! went on till only for the worker to be snotty with me and say she’s “off work can you not see” she’s a blonde lash oldish and has glasses props to the other work lad who was being kind and actually tried to help us checkout

Workers snotty and snappy as. There was one good worker but ruined my experience . Dairy is separated all over you got whipped cream and things somewhere and then you've got cheese and butter somewhere else . Savoury is all over and overall difficult to find what i want. Capri sun was bangin tho!

Somehow Alot bigger inside that it looks from the outside, nice staff, good deals, especially if you have your Nectar Card handy. Inside the shop the staff are very friendly, the whole are was clean and I found My way round very easily, theirs also an Argos Inside which is quite useful to those with an argos card too. Prices are average as expected, nothing special, however the kindness of the staff and their Commitment to the store is why I gave this a 4 as opposed to a 5 star, i will update if I spend more time but this time I only had a few items, self service was quick, there's a toilet on the premises and disabled bay parking, however between certain times you have to PAY to Park at sainsburys (if your stay is longer than 30 minutes) this is what the security told me but I went in 10 minutes before closing so i was fine. Not really sure how these reviews work so il just say this: Try and keep a few coins spare incase you do have to pay for parking, 2x £1 coins and 2x 50p coins should do it.Stay safe out there my brothers and sisters from boro

Complete hovel, never any tills on. If you like self checkouts, surrounded by the inhabitants of the star wars bar this is the place.Used to be the best supermarket in Middlesbrough. How the mighty have fallen.
