Love this place, it's like an upmarket wine shop without the snootiness and has the added benefit of 2 indoor bar areas. Always some really interesting natural wines by the glass or bottle. Sometimes I just pop in if I'm passing and sit outside for a glass if it's sunny.You can also order a pretty tasty cheese board or dips for snacking on with your drinks.They also have plenty of craft beer to sit in or takeaway and interesting spirits too.Staff are really great and very knowledgeable, the management are also doing a good job and are also visible and very helpful.

The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable, the wine was delicious and the cheeseboard was a perfect accompaniment. Marchtown was the highlight of a weekend visit to Glasgow!

This is a local favourite - never had a bad experience. Anthony is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, he will guide you to your new favourite wine or beer.I was in with my Irish in-laws who were visiting at the weekend, we arrived just after a downpour of rain and Berta was so kind quick to dry seats outside for us to enjoy the evening sun after the rain.We tried various wines from their vast list - all lovely - and ordered a meat/cheese board along with the meze platter. The food was great and a good size (the dolmades were my fave). Top service from Berta and great atmosphere all evening.

Authentic, local, and basically awesome. Small but perfectly formed. Some really interesting and unusual wine & beer options if you’re open to it.Plenty of seating inside and outside. Even an intimate private option downstairs.Anthony: amazing host. Knows how to get the best out of your visit. Can’t wait to come back.

Went for some wine with some pals, great atmosphere and service. It's a super cosy wee space, and the staff know their wine. We were encouraged to tell the staff what we liked and let them pick out a bottle within their range, and we were not disappointed! We got a few different bottles between us, all very different and catered to exactly what we wanted. Really reasonable prices too. We also had the charcuterie share board which was really great quality and plenty of it. Absolutely loved it, will be back!!
