A great balance of products considering the median size of the store. Very friendly staff, clean toilets and efficient layout. My only dislike is the horrible car park entrance and exit. However I understand that the shape of the site gave several limitations for their Road options.The partnered Shell garage is cheaper than most Shells for fuel, but a penny or 2 more a liter than other supermarkets. It does however have free air and water, although the vacuum is pay to use.The fish selection is great particularly good value of Fridays. (See pictures for the discounts.)Included in my images is a selection of the medical isle. This is what I would call every real medicine they provide. There is other things like suncream, dental, sanitary etc... But for the items which are for illnesses, the image shows their selection.They have good opening hours and I like the hand held scan as you shop feature for saving time, however I looked up the manufacturer of the scanners and their website basically boasts that when the average customer uses them, they spend more money.So it's a double edged sword.

I've been shopping here for years, but I must say the customer service has deteriorated the past year or so. Bar a few friendly members, staff swan around with a sense of aloof authority or are too absorbed in their headsets. The one thing I liked about Waitrose was the customer service - particularly given the higher prices - but now it's not a particularly welcoming or pleasurable place to shop.

Lovely clean store with lots of fresh produce on offer. Lovely deli and cooked food counters well stocked with a variety of goods. The freshly baked bread smelt amazing and the cakes looked very tempting! The huge bottle of rose wine caught my eye as you can see in my photos! No one can resist that! The selection of groceries on offer here are well worth a wonder round, plenty on offer that's not available in other stores. Staff seemed friendly enough too. There's also a cafe hidden away in the corner that was busy so must be good!! Plenty of parking, trollies are free and there is scan as you shop. Public toilets situated near the checkouts.

A quick stop on the way home. The service was great, very friendly staff. Unfortunately the floor at the armchair needed to be cleaned, spill wasn't cleaned up after the last patron left. Nice atmosphere.

Very low vibrations received from a staff member! I run my own self employed tarot and hair business and was made to feel uncomfortable. I decided to purchase some moju immunity drink , some lovely vegan fresh food and a Italian bottle of wine for a date night with my boyfriend, I choose to shop at Waitrose as I love there fresh and healthy produce. As I went to approach the cashier with my basket of shopping and older women commented saying “excuse me have you paid for that drink” I was shocked as I still had my shopping in my basket and was heading for the lovely gentleman who was most kind at the checkout to pay, I responded, “I’m sorry what?” She replied “you haven’t paid for that drink!” I then explained to her how I hadn’t paid for any of my items yet as I was literally on my way to the cashier to pay. I feel discriminated against because I was wearing coloured trousers with a vibrant head of dreadlocked hair! I didn’t realise you had to be completely plain, stuck up and boring to purchase food and drink at Waitrose without being questioned a thief.

Good choice. High quality fresh fruit and veg. Also good spread of competitively priced products. Not as cheap as Tesco, Lidl and Aldi etc overall but in my view represents great value for money. The ambience in the store is pleasant and makes one feel comfortable.

Was driving in area on 1st visit to UK in 20 years when conversation with UK friend came up about foods I missed in Germany. I mentioned Grape Nuts - friend phoned Waitrose Wymondham on mobile phone, very friendly person answered straight away & without hesitation walked to the cereals shelves to confim stock there and should we have a problem, to contact staff on arrival. 10 minutes later, arrived and bought 2 boxes which are now safely in Bavaria & just waiting to be used in a Mums favourite 1970s Delia Smith's Key Lime Pie! Thank you Waitrose Wymondham, who I also happen to use when ordering Xmas/Birthday food treats for my Norwich friend. She says delivery quality & service have always been excellent.

Good sized Waitrose, a bigger store than Norwich Eaton. So you will see more varieties in products in this store especially Home section. Plenty of parking and good distance from Norwich.
