Thirteen Ghosts Tattoo Collective (ex Lucky 13)

Been in for a small tattoo today, Jack was fantastic, a great artists and really knows his stuff I would 100% recommend, all staff were very friendly. The shop is clean, tidy and really easy to find as its sign posted everywhere.Also very reasonably priced!

I have been getting tattooed by padley for years and would never dream of going anywhere else, him and the team are always the kindest of people when in for some work done and I’ve personally seen all of the artists work, all of which are incredible at what they do. I would recommend anyone of these artists to anyone getting a tattoo no matter what size or style they will sort you out.

Do not recommend if you’re looking to get a small tattoo.I was visiting a friend in Barnsley for the weekend and wanted to get a tattoo to the commemorate the moment. When calling the shop and booking this tattoo in the staff was friendly but when trying to get to the shop it was no where to be seen. The company need to get some better instructions outside the building to showcase that there is a tattoo shop above the pub. There’s no sign outside to show there is a tattoo shop upstairs until you get inside the pub and then there is a paper sign on the wall and even then it was still hard to find.To top matters off, when arriving at the studio, we was told the price would be £50. The tattoo itself that I wanted was just a tiny smiley face. It was less than 1cm big and contained two dots and one very very small line. No colour just black ink and they wanted to charge £50. I would understand that price if we was In like london but in the middle of nowhere in Barnsley am sorry but that’s extortionate.My friend has the extract same tattoo that she got a couple months ago in liverpool city centre and they paid £30 and was told they can come back any time to get it redone if it starts to fade so the fact that this small shop in Barnsley are trying to charge £50 for a 1cm sized black tattoo is jokes.

For the past 14 years the only people I've gone to for tattoos have been Padz and his team at Lucky 13 / Thirteen Ghosts. They're the most professional, clean, friendly, talented, lovely bunch of artists. Under one roof you have people with amazing talent and years of experience in so many different styles of tattooing whether you're looking for traditional, realism, black and grey, etcetc. You'll never find 3 people that I will constantly recommend to everyone I speak to like Padz, Leah and Connor. The studio is always cleaned to perfection, you're well looked after, they make sure you're comfortable and make sure you have the best tattoo and experience possible. They're also very fair with their prices and they'll always do what's best for you

I've had quite a few tattoos done by Padz over the last 7 or so years, all custom and including coverups and reworks of other artists' work. They're all brilliant and Padz is a fab human.

Started going to Padz when he moved to town centre and love his art work! The studio is great and everyone is incredibly talented!
