Pitman Training Cardiff

I started pitmans in June. I was studying Microsoft word, outlook, speedwriting, audio typing and medical terminology. I managed to complete all courses due to the fabulous staff they have there. The staff there was very friendly and gave lots of encouragement. If it wasn't for the staff I think I would of given up, as it was quite challenging. I would highly recommend these training courses with pitmans. Thankyou to all the staff who supported me through these courses.

All the Team have been extremely helpful at Pitmans Cardiff. There is always someone available and happy to help at the centre. The centre is a pleasant and comfortable environment to learn in. If you are doing some training at home, the staff always respond really quickly to emails and so you feel supported even when not working in the centre. It’s good to be able to work through the courses at your own pace, but the courses can be quite time consuming and so be prepared to put the hours in.

My Excel training at Pitman has been so thorough. The end of module practice exercises really helped to consolidate the course content. I was incredibly nervous using Excel before but now I’m super confident and am already volunteering to take on extra work in my role which requires me to use Excel. The staff were all super lovely and were always there to ensure steady progress along the course. Thanks, Pitman ! :)

I am working towards a Pitmans Multi Media for Business Diploma.Phill, the manager, has a fantastic team alongside him. Everyone is professional, considerate, and helpful.I would like to thank Phill and my mentor Hiral in particular for their support. If I have a question, they are always on hand to help either on the telephone, in person, or via speedy replies to emails. Nothing is too much trouble.I have completed three Microsoft courses, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Despite using Microsoft software for many years, I have learnt a great deal. The courses were well written and are accompanied by videos and downloadable brochures. Each course is covered in depth, and ample opportunity is given for you to try using your new skills prior to sitting the end of course tests.I studied online at home and sat the tests at the centre in Cardiff. The centre is quiet, with very good facilities.Thank you, everyone, for being so supportive.

Thank you Pitman Training Cardiff for all your support in the past 12 months! I enjoyed learning Sage Payroll and AAT Level 3 Bookkeeping courses. Access to online courses are so easy to navigate and help is always available when you need it. All the staff are very friendly and willing to assist you. They are excellent in providing their service and encouraging when I take my exam. It makes me feel comfortable. I appreciate that very much.

Very friendly people! Always met with a smile! I remember my first time here and being quite shocked at how nice and friendly people were. I was quite early and got to see the staff interact with one another and it was nice to see. I live in Swansea but I love doing my exams here as very friendly and makes me feel very relaxed!!

I have complete an HR Diploma course in under 1 year time and my overall experience with Pitman Training Cardiff is very positive, as I am a night worker I was looking for a total flexibility and they gave me the opportunity to study from home in my free time, they have many courses to choose, this course offered me 12 separate certificates. The coaches are very professional and helpful all the times.At the end of the course they provide the certificate and all the information regarding starting your new professional career.I do totally recommend this academy and I am willing more courses with them in the future. A huge thanks especially to Hiralben and Philip who have been my coaches and support for all this year.

I had an extremely amazing experience working with Pitman Training Cardiff. I have successfully completed my HR Assistant Diploma from Pitman and I must admit that each and every person working there are very supportive, patient, helpful, friendly and well experienced. I have done it mostly online, and while doing the course sometimes I found myself in a bit confusion, blank but every time I knocked my instructor Hiralben, she never disappointed me. Her prompt reply and positive attitude made me more confident, determined and focused. Thank you for believing in me and thank you for being there with me through this journey.
