Very friendly staff. Always helpful and pleasant. Cleans and tidy inside. Good to see C19 rules being followed. Restricted people so social distancing wasn’t a problem. Had to wait outside for a couple of minutes but that was okay.

Large food hall for groceries or a takeaway. They have a “free from” shelf with gluten free stuff too.

It’s M&S food. It’s a nice clean store. It’s got most of the range. Good fresh food selection. Self service tills, shop in store app as well as conventional till.

Great selection for Gluten Free. Never seen these before & they do the new gf pain aux raisins too.

Great staff and food easy parking

It was a horrible experience overall. We went there on 16 September around 12:40 pm and at the cafe thr lady made a total mess on our order she tried to over charge us for 2 kids meals then when we pointed out she reduced it yet made a huge error when bringing our food the order was duplicated when we said we had not ordered all this, then the lady who surved us made a huge fuss saying we have not paid for our food and to show the bill we said we never got a receipt and she went back to the counter to double check that we ordered the food and it was ok but this complete experience was so shocking and embarrassing.Then we went to the supermarket to buy some groceries and I inserted a £20 bill and I wasnt given the change and when we inquired they said sorry it was an error with the machine but never gave the change back. It was 20 pence but still it was my money that I wasnt given. I expect more decency from a store like Marks and Spencer.

Good place and nice service.With wide range of food and selection.From Sushi bar, bakery, food to go. Frozen.I love M& S so much. Good to see this one around here. I will come regularly.I love the sushi much.There a coffee to go courtier too, I would try it next time.Happy shopping.

One of the best local groceries in Summertown.I am especially under the moral obligation to mention one of their cashiers, Matthew! Such a nice guy this man is! Always has the energy and patience to have a tiny little chat with every single customer. Always brightens my day! What a kind soul!

What a bunch of grumpy jobsworths. I have never been in such a depressing m&s store. It needs a massive shakeup with new management and some customer service training! In years gone by, stores such and m&s and John Lewis had a level of customer service that made paying a little extra worthwhile, but those days have clearly gone! No one in this store can be bothered to even smile let alone provide a positive shopping experience.
