Burg Burgers Mapperley Top
Just been to burg for the first time, the food is amazing but WOW the service is not. The guy at the till was so rude and was leaning all over the counter like he didn’t want to be there. Bearing in mind I had a chicken salad box and I ordered before my friend my food came out last after initially being given the wrong order. I think in future I’ll just order for delivery because I cannot deal with people who don’t like their jobs.

Possibly one of the best burger takeaways I’ve ever had, burgers and buns were perfect and order was early! Also love the burg bags and such, really makes it feel a cut above the rest. Will definitely be ordering again.

I came in store for the first time to order, I normally order on uber. The tattooed young man was polite and helpful I didn't realise there's more milkshakes in store than online. So was spoilt for choice.Speedy service, didn't catch his name but makes amazing milkshakes. I'll visit instore more often now x

Walked in to this shop on spec. Very friendly chap took my order and then I took a seat for a good five minutes while the food was prepared. Now, I'd had half a bag of pears that day so I was ready for this: basic cheeseburger - burger itself was spot on with a good amount of pickles and salad. The only thing off is a personal taste thing and I should have added extra cheese. Rustic fries - cut in a V shape with a near perfect crispy outer and fluffy inner. Onion rings - thick slices of onions in a light and crispy batter, pretty much perfect. Vanilla shake - best shake I've had in years. This order, with a brownie (which was also good but I ate later) came to over £20. You pay for what you get. Will definitely visit again.

As a regular customer of Burg mapperley top. I think it’s time I leave a review that is worthy of the amazing service that I receive. All staff members at the front are incredibly helpful especially the gentleman who is well built with tattoos. I haven’t caught his name but he always goes the extra mile to ensure I’m left satisfied with the service and food since I can be a fussy eater!Burg is comfortably the best smashed burger joint in notts and their milkshakes are amazing too!

I am very disappointed and disgusted about the negative experience I had at burgs Mapperley top. I have been ordering from this place at least twice a week for last two years.they did not take my partner serious allergy in to consideration when I asked for no cheese or cheese sauce, as soon as I raised my concerns I had a disrespectful attitude towards me and I was laughed at like my partner health and well being is a joke !I must emphasise, it’s important to feel respected and valued as a customer, specially when it comes to something as important as allergy!My bad experience this time has led to stop ordering from them in future.I asked for the name of the person who conducted herself like a gangster, and the response I was given was more shocking ( Go google the law I dnt have to give you any name, she laughed and walked off )It’s crucial for the owner to prioritise proper training and costumer service in their establishment.
