Called in whilst out house hunting to kill time.Managed to kill £7.00 for the two smallest cheapest coffeys on the menu.Needless to say it wasn't very busy.Also only one unisex loo with no toilet paper !!

Had to wait ages to be served, for 2 coffees & teacake,shouted my name to pick up teacake,no drinks,young lad apologised said he would bring them over,again after waiting still shouted me to fetch coffee's. Ridiculous size cups. Too interested in drive through. Wont be going again

Been here 20+ times since it has opened. Always dined in, never used the drive through.Always served quite quickly, the tables are all relatively clean and tidy, even in very busy times.It's not the best Starbucks I've ever been on, and it's not the worst.

Very disappointed no indication re pup cup prices 5p for cup however they charge a further 75p for a small amount of the creamThe staff claim that is what they are told to charge, but not advertisedOther Welcome Breaks don't charge but for some reason this one doesSome Starbucks charge but they charge 15p / 25p a pup cupConsidering a can of spray cream is £1.50 talk about hiking the prices

Ordered 2 simple drinks and no food. Only customers at the counter and NO cars in the drive through. Only 1 member of staff at the time and then asked for another member to come out from the back and help out as others cars were arriving in the drive through.Waited for our drinks and waited and then asked why the delay. The 2 members of staff had chosen to focus on a big order that had just came in and didn't serve us until they had dealt with that order. We had placed our order well before this big order came in AND still had to wait.Not a great service. Our order could have been dealt with quickly and well before any More orders had come in.

Been here a fair few times now as its our most local one since opening. Never had an issue, always lovely and polite, but most importantly a decent coffee. Keep up the good work. Always clean and tidy!
