Today I had the best customer service today from Dan, he went above and beyond to help me. I've visited a few places looking for the correct oil required for my car. Massive Thanks. Highly Recommended

On a recent experience picking up a collection i found the staff to be very rude and no motivation to provide a service. The attitude reflected a poorly run team in the store with no initiative to help or serve a customer. The team seems like it needs a new manager with some drive and to inspire some drive to the rest of the team. My manager once advised me that you should not be in the same role for more than 3-5 years. Either you will not benefit the role or the role will not benefit you.

We visited the Dunstable shop to have a headlight bulb replaced.The guy said he couldn't do it on an Astra as the bumber needed to come off. We checked on YouTube and it is a 10 minute job as there is an access door at the back. What a poor service and waste of our time

I visited Halfords in Dunstable at the weekend to buy a bike rack. I was sold one and told it was the correct one for my car and that if I had any issues fitting it to return and they’d do it for me.I returned today and the rack was fitted eventually - took over an hour, after being told about 20mins. When another member of staff came to check the fitting I was told that it was the wrong rack for my car, it was removed and I was given a refund.I’m extremely disappointed that I wasted so much time and was given incorrect advise. If I’d fitted it myself I’d have potentially put myself and other drivers at risk.Terrible service and no apology given.Definitely will not be returning for anything larger than an air freshener.

Went in to get a light bulb change, was told to sign up for premium, so I could get a 10 point check as MOT was due, was advised wipers would need changing too, as it’d of failed mot. With the premium service you get free fitting and a free MOT too. And where I’d of previously paid around £40 for the lights I wanted to get fitted. With premium service I paid £30 for the lights and the windscreen wipers and had it all fitted by Yusuf who was helpful alongside the other staff from the moment I came till the moment I left

Absolutely terrible. Not for the first time in my recent experience. This review specifically about a number plate I ordered and paid for online. Got to the store they tried to charge me again, then finally he went off to make it, then returned and said they didn't actually have the materials. Don't think I'll be back..l service is awful too, no apology just a shrug.

I went to pickup a 5.5mm socket attachment for my vehicle repair. Halfords did not stock this size. I spoke to Lee and explained i need it for my repair and he was kind enough to give me one from his personal set for FREE! Really nice guy Lee. I really appreciate it. You should get a promotion for your kindness and service. Take care my friend.
