Worst experience of our lives started when we walked in to this showroom. We ended up ordering a premium hot tub at a premium price but the service we have received since has been anything but premium. At the time of ordering we were told the electrics needed would be 32amp with no cable as the cable came with the hot tub all recorded on the order form. We requested a site visit, again recorded on the order form but despite asking for a site visit 4 times before delivery and being told we will get one, one never happened.First install date came and the team of 2 turned up to fit and showed them where we wanted it located and we were informed we can’t move it there we need a bigger team. They then inspected the electric supply and told us it was wrong, we needed a 40amp supply with an armoured cable. I called the showroom and spoke to Les who told us it wasn’t his problem problem and that I need to talk to operations and then he hung up on us not even providing the phone number for operations - how rude. How can it not be his issue when it was his 2 salesmen that miss informed us?We had to rectify their mistake with the electrical supply at our cost and the second install date came. They didn’t show up till 7pm and left at 11:45pm so most of the install was performed in the dark. The team left without getting the phone app working on our mobile phones to monitor the water conditions. From there the saga just gets worse and worse. The install wasn’t performed correctly resulting in high running costs of the air source heat pump, 2 jets weren’t working, the water monitoring system wasn’t working, it had a leak and we could spell burning.In regards to getting the water monitoring system operations informed us they could connect to it and could see it was working and that we needed to contact the manufacturer of the system for further help. After a few email exchanges with them they went quiet on us.Eventually operations turned up to look in to the issues, the high running costs of the air source heat pump were due to an install issue and the heat pump was leaking. The issue with the water monitoring system was due to the power lead not being plugged in to it, so how could operations connect and see it working correctly? The jets not working they put down to needing replacement jets, how and why when this is a brand new hot tub?We had an independent inspection and report carried out which highlighted that the jets not working wasn’t because of faulty jets, but because a pipe had been squashed under the shell of the hub tub made worse by it being filled with water and then the weight of humans in squashing it further. The air source heat pump hadn’t been installed correctly causing arcing and as such deemed unfit which would explain the burning smell.Currently we have rejected the hot tub and are awaiting for it to be collected and a full refund given.We will update this review in time once the nightmare is over. We would not recommend purchasing a hot tub from Wellis Leisure

We were unsure of a couple of things when we got our tub but Les was always available to answer our questions even on his day off! I already owned a Wellis Danube Swim spa but required advice regarding the swim tether. The manager Les was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Allowed to stay in the Danube spa and swim with and without a tether. Spa always heated and ready for a swim test. Highly recommended. No pushy sales team.

From the moment of entering the showroom to finally deciding to purchase the whole customer experience has been exceptional. The showroom is spacious, well presented and very clean. Les the site manager from the start was approachable, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The wet test as advised was well conducted. There was no hard sell feeling whatsoever. Les made the difference and was instrumental in my decision to buy. Even after my install he ensures that i understand how to get the best out of my tub. Thank you Les and thank you Wellis

The show room was very welcoming and a better experience compared to others.Les was instrumental to the purchase of my hot tub. He was very patient and was never angry at any questions asked.The after sale guide and support has also been very great. Les has kept In touch and I have received regular messages from asking if I needed help with operating and using my hot tub.Since I purchased my hot tub a few months ago, the experience of using it has been wonderful.
