Glyndale Kennels and Cattery

Had my cocker in a few weeks ago, and she came home like a rocket. Clearly hadn’t been walked during the time me and my partner was away. We asked them to stay in contact with them as this was our first time putting our puppy in a kennel and we felt quite anxious doing so, we had no communication about how she was getting on etc. when we rang up the staff didn’t even ask us her name, or if she’d be vaccinated, or her breed etc. felt like it was a rush. some of the staff were rude as well on the phone. Wouldn’t say avoid, but be very wary.

Friendly and helpful staff. My two cats spent ten days here, the kennels are very clean and beds and toys are supplied in the cats kennels. The kennels are heated with a outside run for cats, each kennel is individual and can house two cats or one My cats settled and were kept together. I was asked what food they ate while they would be staying there. There is a discount for 2 or more cats and depending what time of day you leave or collect your cats. There is always someone available on the telephone between 8am-6pm. We are leaving our cats here again and definitely recommend this kennels and Cattery.

Lovely place to take care of your pets, our two bunnies loved their stay there last week, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Lovely place, all the kennels are modern and bright. Very reasonably priced definitely the cheapest kennels i found around here. My dog always goes in happy with her tail wagging, the staff are very friendly and its obvious they care about the animals. 10/10 all round would recommend to anyone.

Our dogs love going here, they get super excited when being dropped off and nice and relaxed when we collect them.Our previous kennels (near Reading) they came back crazy.Highly recommended.

We’ve been taking our cat Mimi for about 8 years. Although primarily a very good dog kennels the cat facilities are superb and they are treated like royalty. Not the easiest for parking but highly recommended nevertheless.

3.5 weeks. The dog lost weight terribly, bit his paw, which no one noticed. He was very scared when he came home and was afraid when you reached out to him. I have a very strong feeling that he was treated very badly.

Had to book my boy in here for a week,as his usual kennels was full,I was told they couldn't give any updates during his stay as(in their words) We have 150 dogs at a time and can't give updates on them all !! Right from the start I didn't really want to leave my boy there but had no choice,when we collected him,they told me he hadn't eaten for 4 days!! I also don't think he'd had much (if any) exercise, he wasn't himself at all. I will never send my boy there again! I know it's a business but they clearly don't care for the dogs they look after at all.

Awful experience, dropped our 3 dogs off on Sunday and couldn’t have been rushed away quicker, man was extremely rude. Picked them up today to find that one of our puppies had chewed through his harness because they don’t get taken off at any time so they are in the kennels with their harnesses on at all times. Tried to question this and raise our concerns about the customer service we received on Sunday but was dismissed and sent away as quick as possible. Previously sent them here without issues but won’t again, didn’t feel comfortable leaving them there at all after the way the staff acted. I would want my pets to be treat the same as they would if they were at home and I definitely do not think they have any care for these animals.
