The staff were always seeking to ensure you were assisted - visited the cosmetics section and the lovely assistant matched makeup to me perfectly and gave handy hints and tips to a first timer! Isles are easy to find and labelled, items are always quality ☆

Always very helpful when you go in though medication tube sizes are getting smaller and so only last half the time. Instead of 30g tubes it's now 15g.

I like boots in Elgin. Its spacious and easy to walk around and browse. You dont get heckled by the staff either which is an added bonus. Since that is generally really annoying in these types of stores. I love to use some of the tester fragrances they have and then come back another day if I like one.

Boots advertised their 3 for 2 Xmas gifts in store,we travelled over an hour to get to a bigger boots store, only to find out they don't have any of the items I wanted to buy! None of their smaller shops had them so now my daughter's won't be getting their preferred gifts for Xmas. Very disapointed
