Great tradesman. Did a full central heating replacement for us. Leo asked what we were after, and took the time to present our options before issuing our quotes.Work completed was top notch.Leo is very busy, but has always tried to squeeze us in when we needed him (such as a sudden boiler repair recently)Would recommend.

Leo came in to fix our heating pump,as usual he was quick and efficient.He fixed the pump in no real time,he is really nice to have around,we have used him for over15 years and never had any problems,if we have a problem he do his upmost to solve our problems as soon as possible.

Quality and friendly 1st service for my one year old boiler. Arrived spot on time and at a very reasonable cost. Have already booked next years service and Leo also offered free advice on improving heating in the kitchen. Thoroughly recommended.

I used Leo Vann Heating twice last week, firstly for a boiler service on my own house and then for a boiler service and Landlords Safety Certificate on a rental property I own. Leo was very professional and knowledgeable, turned up on time and completed the tasks without fuss. I can highly recommend Leo...I have been using his services for the past 12 years and would not use anyone else. Extremely trustworthy.

My parents recommended i try leo for an issue i had with my boiler, theyve used him for many years and couldnt speak more highly of him. He arrived promtly and after thoughly checking my boiler advised me that due to its age, and the avaliabilty of the some of the parts, replacement was probably a better option. The price he quoted for the new boiler was very competitive and he fitted my new boiler a couple of days later,. His workmanship was first class and i was kept informed of the progress throughout the whole operation. I wouldnt hesitate to use leo again and i would recommend him as highly as my parents do!

I needed an old gas fire removing. Leo arrived as arranged, completed the job without any fuss and tidied up. My family regularly use Leo’s services and he always does a good job. Highly recommended.

Leo has been our go to man since we moved into our house 3 years ago. Whenever we have an issue, however minor or major, he is straight round to fix it. He fitted a great quality boiler when we first moved in and has serviced it each year since, and changed radiators for us whenever we've needed a new one or had the money to replace the next one as we've done our house up. Great service, would recommend!

Leo is an excellent, knowledgeable, experienced plumber, he is reliable, punctual and cares about his customers which is unusual these days. As a bonus he is a very nice guy .We have NO hesitation in recommending him to others, in fact we have.
