I have been a member of this gym for about 10 weeks now and I can honestly say it's changed my life. I've been running since I was about 9yrs old, but back issues caused me to cut back. After 6 years trying various physios, chiropractors, etc etc and getting nowhere, I decided it was time to accept I would never be able to exercise ever again. 11 months later, a friend recommended onePT and it has been a revelation.Every new member gets a full evaluation so they can understand where you are at physically and where you want to get to. Then you are assigned a PT who will put together a programme to help you achieve your goals. I have been working on strength, stability and mobility in my hips and with each session, I can literally feel my body slowly realigning. I'm now able to do exercises I physically couldn't do at all only 10 weeks ago!By starting out building a strong foundation, they make sure that you will be able to achieve your goals and maintain it long term.The gym is very well equipped and laid out. I hardly ever have to wait for any equipment, which is amazing considering I'm there at 5pm most weekdays. All the staff are friendly, helpful and very professional and knowledgeable. I've been a member of many gyms over the years, but onePT is head and shoulders over them. I can't recommend it enough.

Had a great session at this gym over the Christmas period. The equipment and space were top notch, and the staff were very friendly and keen to help and give tips. Can’t wait for my next visit - would highly recommend!

Brilliant gym!!!! This has been the best I've been to. I have my own individual programme to work through every month being a bigger person and attending other gyms I've had unrealistic goals and felt that I had to keep up with the fittest in the classes. Here I have my own fitness programme that pushes me but not overwhelming.Thank you!!!

Probably the best gym in Greater Manchester.It's quite small but adequate, a bit exclusive with the equipment and services here being world class.Also, there's a small cafe that sells soulmate food, smoothies, protein bars, drinks and coffees. Plus loads of other nutritional things and PTs are constantly there to provide advice on nutrition and obviously the gym itself.

Quite simply the best gym I’ve ever been a member of.The PTs are knowledgeable, professional and friendly.Members are provided with a programme and are given advice on health and fitness including dietary advice.Classes are no nonsense strength and conditioning sessions and are included in your membership fee. There are also online sessions included.The members are friendly and helpful you feel like you’re part of a supportive community.The equipment is top quality and everything is scrupulously clean.Lovely changing rooms, lockers and showers it has an exclusive feel to it.The monthly PT assessment ensures accountability and is part of the monthly fee.I would have no hesitation recommending OnePT to anyone wanting to start their fitness journey or progress their fitness.

What an establishment. Over my years of training. I haven't come across a gym quite like this.The Kit & Equipment is some of the most advanced and best on the market, with a layout that is easily accessible to all members, whether they be on an Open gym session or in a PT class. Changing rooms and locker facilities are excellent, and the who place is spotlessly cleanThere is a refreshment area serving and selling sensibly priced nutritional food, with advice availble on you nutrtional goals/ dietary requirementsNeil and his team have built an incredible facility to cater for all abilities and needs. The coaching is second to none and backed by years of Knowledge and practice at the highest level of sport.This has to be one if the best gyms in the country.

Whilst I was on leave for the summer, I visited OnePT several times. Each time being a different experience. Up today equipment, skiergs, air runner, sleighed and the rig. its got refreshing cool look to the establishment. What I loved the most was the variety of people using the gym, everyone chatty, which made it a nice place to be.There is a cafe attached also which caters food for after your training, which for me was spot on. I'll be sure to be visiting on my next leave period. Thank you to the Pts for making me welcome.

I joined OnePT in September 2020 between lockdowns. I was apprehensive about returning to a gym environment during a pandemic but had nothing to worry about as the place is spotless and members clean the equipment before & after use. For me, I am only now getting to appreciate just what this gym has to offer. Since reopening in April there has been a really good vibe in the gym and I look forward to my time there. I've just started joining in with the classes and they are making me push myself out of my comfort zone with guidance from the PT's. In the past I have been a member at larger chain gyms & paying for many facilities that I would never use. All in all, the facilities available are excellent, the PT's are all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I've paid for a year in advance as I am that happy there!
