Awful experience in this place. The people seemed nice enough and having fun but the staff and some little old man bellowing about blocking the way to the toilet was pathetic. We were trying to move and explain to an autistic adult why we couldn’t stand there. This upstart of a barmaid strutting about put her hands on my son and husband hitting them on the arms very aggressively. Another barmaid intervened and told her to stop doing it and explained my son was autistic and we were explaining. She shrugged her shoulders and held out her arms as if to say AND. No compassion at all. Then the bellowing big mouth bloke lunged over yelling at the bar staff to keep the gangway clear. Could not believe how aggressive they were. I might seek advice about this barmaid putting her hands on my son the way she did.

Great for the locals. Nice g&t glasses, bar staff was tres friendly. Banging tunes, if you are musically deaf, otherwise proper job.

It's ok I usually go upstairs and play pool or darts. They usually have dj and singing downstairs on weekends.

Shocking! Went in on a busy Saturday. Went to stand near a table and some rude little Irish bloke said “you can’t sit here” and we said “we’re not sitting, we will move when they come back” (there was nowhere else to stand or sit) he said “nah you’re getting kicked out” he clearly owned the place or had some role to play and we got kicked out (literally after just buying a drink) no reasoning or understanding from the bouncers. This is bully behaviour and using power for your own advantage. We will never step foot in this pub again. Not welcoming and disgusting behaviours!

Absolutely fantastic pub. All staff are very welcoming and friendly.Landlord and Landlady are very friendly and polite.Great atmosphere, brilliant karaoke!This is by far the best pub in Andover!
