Not busy most of the time and offers quite a lot of trains to different areas around London. Quite a clean station compared to others especially the WC facilities. Extremely friendly staff here which makes it quite welcoming!

Good clean station and WC facilities. Regular trains to London Victoria..takes 30 mins..Let down by regular train delays.

I'm now stuck because a woman that works there doesn't know her job. I was heading to my Dad's and knew the train and platform to get it from but this woman stops me asks which train I'm getting on and sends me to another platform as the train on that platform is about to close I look at her unsure and she says it's my train so I jump on it, now I'm stuck and have been stuck for the past hour and a half. When I find that woman again when I get home I hope you can run fast making me late to seeing my Dad and little Brothers.

i have always found the staff so helpful and friendly all by 1 woman whats in the ticket office that is, but otherwise all the rest of the staff they have have always helped me on various occasions and are very polite and kind its just like the train stations used to be polite and courteous and extemely helpful

Great train station when it works which is usually, good links to london and theyre fairly frequent considering how fwr it is from London.Really appreciate it when youre waiting on a platform and they kindly tell you a platform alteration as the train is pulling into the other platform. therefore ensuing a stampede of commuters up the stairs to the other platform.
