I was warmly received by Sarah into a very comfortable, light filled room and had an Ayurvedic massage for the first time. I loved all the stretches and was amazed at how many different ones she did in the one session. She was competent, confident and also very responsive to any feedback where needed. The warm sesame oil used felt very nourishing and had a wonderful aroma. Highly recommended. Book an appointment now!

Lovely space and lovely massage, really enjoyed the whole experience with Sarah, she made me feel really as ease from the moment I arrived and had a lovely manor throughout the experience, which was not only friendly, but professional as well. Her pressure was great and she also checked in with me to make sure it was comfterble. Really pleased and will be going back.

My Swedish massage with Sarah left me feeling so nourished and unwound both physically and emotionally. I dropped further and further into deep relaxation throughout and left in a blissful state with my nervous system at peace. Lovely organic oils used and a beautiful comfortable space. I recommend highly and will definitely be back.

Can’t believe Sarah is fairly new to this practise - it is so natural and effortless it is like she has been doing it her whole life. I have received hundreds of massages and this massage style by Sarah is particularly effective both at relieving aches and pains and facilitating deep nervous system relaxation. Sarah does it excellently and the warm organic sesame oil and the organic detox powder are incredible detailed touches of divine bliss! Thank you and I certainly will be coming again.
