Excellent after sales support lovely staff very helpful even when you forget the type of hoover bag you need if you can point out make they know exactly which one. Very good advice given by young lady who helped with my purchase of a laptop, good at explaining technical things that older buyers might not know.

Called on Monday and purchased kitchen appliances. Fantastic service. Member of staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We found this standard of service non existent in large electrical superstores. Will definitely be returning!! Thank you very much.

I dealt with Mervyn over the phone and he was super helpful, I'm delighted with my new fridge and they were very obliging with my request for delivery as it was an emergency! Bought a TV there recently it was a Saturday but when we got home we couldn't set it up as there was no manual to help and the screen said press the instop button but there was no instop button on remote we had to wait for someone to come on tue the guy got it sorted it turns out he needed a certain remote with the instop button to get it sorted im really annoyed why were we not told this when we bought the tv
