Went in last week to view a used Suzuki I had seen online. Was greeted by Adam who was very helpful and did everything possible to make the process run smoothly. Collected the car a few days later which was very well prepared and any of our questions / concerns were quickly addressed. Thanks again.

If I could give 6 stars I would - their service team are friendly, professional, always do what they say they will & always call you back as promised. Work is fully quoted for up front and you know exactly what you are paying for. An excellent service. Had to deal with another garage recently and they were so awful it further demonstrated the 6 star service Green 4 give to their customers - fantastic.

Bought brand new Suzuki Swift last week, dealt with Brandon. Fabulous service from him, very helpful and not 'pushy'. He knew his stuff, very informative and a pleasant experience for me. Enjoying the new car and would highly recommend this car dealership even if 40 miles drive to get there. Well done Brandon!!!

Purchased a used Suzuki Vitara a week ago. The whole process was easy, from a valuation of my part-ex car to sorting the purchase of my new vehicle. I have been using Suzuki Coventry for many years and this month was my 5th Suzuki car. The new showroom was lovely and the larger parking area felt much safer. Reception staff were welcoming and David in the sales team was fantastic, talking me through the details of the hybrid engine and finding a car that suited both my budget and requirements.

Have to give this garage a 5 star rating for there service , no pressure sales , very friendly and noligable staff especially Paul who managed our purchase of our 19 plate swift I found online for my wife we bought the car without seeing the car as it was over 100 miles away . Paul took the time to go outside and give me his honest opinion of the car so we bought our swift on his description of it and what a car it was and needless to HUGE HUGE brownie for me aw my wife was blown away when they delivered it to her place of work , well done suzuki Coventry highly recommend

The experience of buying a new car is often daunting but Darren Fursdon made the whole experience really easy. He gave good honest advice, the pros and cons of the range of vehicles we were interested in and took time to allow us to investigate the products and make our minds up. Once a decision was made he set about the paperwork in a professional manner and advised us what we needed to do. The car was delivered on time and he took time to make the handover very enjoyable and has since phoned to check everything is ok and that we are still enjoying the car. A really good experience and professional sales person Darren provided the sort of service I had hoped for. I can fully recommend the dealership based on my experience.

Firstly, the impressions of the showroom and the salesman was not positive.We were needing a car quickly for my wife's job. So we approached Suzuki for a brand new Ignis.Put a deposit down for one, and had the finance pending and despite both my wife and I having excellent credit history we were told I would not pass due to not being on the electoral which is fine.So the salesman suggests the wife goes through the finance alone, which was passed. We got green for GO...Or so we thought.We were promised the car on Friday, then Saturday and then Monday...and the wife told me to ditch the sale after being messed around. We then got a call to say we were not getting the car - no explanation nothing (Despite having the finance in place - according to the salesman).So we wasted over a week and the communication and attitude was dreadful. Customer service was 0.Tried to fob us off with random excuses.Poor show from Darren and Matt.So headed over to Renault at Sutton Park, had no issue with finance and got a brand new car home today.I'd avoid this branch like the plague. Nothing to do with Suzuki, but clearly they don't employ competent and honest staff. Zero people skills. Zero customer service skills.Very poor experience and would not recommend. Go to the one at Rugby.Suzuki doing themselves no favors employing incompetent staff.PS, still awaiting my deposit.Cheers.

These people are total scammers within 3 miles of driving my new purchase car check engine light came on. I spoke with Matt savage the manager he assured me that they would pay for the problems to be fixed! Fobbed me off for a month then told me that they were not going to pay. They also deleted the google review link they sent me do not buy from these scammers!!!

One star is generous. Their sales rep was great but everything that followed was abysmal. No customer service. No accountability. Individuals entrusted to be autonomous within their roles yet internal processes undermined their staff. Illogical, no pragmatism. Sold a car I wish I had never bought. Poor internal inspections. No robust quality inspections which would have led to falsifying reports. Vehicle was never fit to leave the showroom. Green 4 Motor Co aka Mazda, those involved with after sales, including directorship, you should all hang your heads in shame.
