I am writing to tell you about my experience with Currys. I am in the market for a fridge, tumble dryer and a washing machine. I visited your store in Letterkenny yesterday and left due to no service. Later I went back as I just want to get this behind me..AGAIN no service. Today I shopped with you online for these items, and AFTER checking if the items are available for delivery I identified and paid for them. Only to get a mail back to say the order is now cancelled due to tech availability and a refund will be done. (no option to resolve?) I AM SHOCKED that I could not be helped in your store OR online!! and the best part is, you now have my money but I dont have goods OR service??Its now two weeks later. Still nobody from Currys contacted me.

The prices are a little higher than other stores, but excellent quality and guaranteed, in addition to a wide choice of products in bicycles, car accessories, trips and camping tools.I have bought 2 bikes for my children from them and I am satisfied with the qualityBut I haven't tried the bike maintenance service yet, I hope it's a quick service and we don't wait long to get the service done.

I was disappointed with the customer service sadly, 3 were talking to eachother and although we stood near and tried to attract someones attention I had to call out and ask in the end. Then i didn't find the person who came over particularly helpul or attentive and at one point i just stood there with my item and he had his back to me and i had to raise my voice and repeat..do I just go to the till now, when he finallyturned round he just lead me to the till. I would not revisit this store and would choose to go to a different one. Some staff training on how to show interest and help to customers would be needed.The store was clean and the products were great and maybe a different staff member would have given me a better experience.

Good selection, we walk in browse around there's staff walking by no interest in you but when you finally get help from Google they all come to assist, more staff in store than customers and they have no interest in customers. That's the only complaint, not serious as products could and will be bought online in future.

Very little selection of stock. Staff were not helpful. I went to customer service to find out about a product and felt like I was interrupting the staff's conversation. Not a comfortable feeling. Plenty of parking but the store was generally disappointing

Ordered printer, we went for a specific one because it had ink with it. Unfortunately it was only start up ink. However Matthew and Johnny were outstanding in customer care. They showed all printers with their professional advice. They both took so much time I was so overwhelmed at the level of customer care we received. They also gave us 10% off AND free 3 year warranty! Would highly recommend
