I started my treatment at the beginning of May the staff were super welcoming and made my experience so pleasant. It was pain free and I can't wait to go back for my next session! Amazing service, honest, kind and welcoming staff from booking in for an appointment, my consultation and up until my 6th session. laser has changed my life! I first went to other laser clinics around Bradford but the service was not personal and they were not listening to my concerns and were wasting my time and money, I’m so glad I found simply smooth and I can now say laser is the best thing I have had done, my hair growth is little to none and I’m so happy with the results! The 1% of hair that is left is thin and barely noticeable, I’ll definitely be back for top up sessions :D if you’re researching and wondering where to go don’t look any further!! The main thing I'd like to point out is the customer service. When undergoing treatments such as laser hair removal, it is important that you're able to put your complete trust and faith into the person carrying out your treatment. From the start of my journey Sanna has provided the best care possible. She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout treatments and is always available for questions out of business hours! Since the start of the lockdown, whilst the company has been closed, she has answered any queries raised through social media, providing me with the best advice and tips to keep my skin at its best!
