very professional from start to finish, i use them for all my telecom needs.

we are a business, we placed an order for broadband to be installed in Sidcup, we have been waiting since April 2023. despite all the chasing and phone calls we are still waiting, and the order numbers changes all the time till BT actually got fed-up with us BT cancelled our order just like that. we had to raise another order in September and still waiting, when we chase the response we get is oh yes their is a delay on your order we will update you, but needless to say we are still without broadband.I've been promised that it will be sorted very soon!!!!!I've been promised that someone will call me back to sort this issue, no one calls!!!!!I thought I'm dealing with BT the best communication company in the world, unfortunately not the case at all. To top it up I have ordered cloud lines and cloud phones BT charged me for it £1,499.00 and it is setting in the office unable to use them without the broadband.Aoide BT at all costs
