Love the socail butterflies group every Wednesday. Friendly staff.

I contacted the haven by email as I was struggling emotionally and I was told there was nobody available to support me and to contact the Samaritans

Waste of space. Badly organised. Mess people about. Not good when you're working with vulnerable people. Don't bother voicing your opinion as they ban people for having an opinion.

The Haven was great at first when I first started attending the groups, it really helped my mental health, but recently in the past couple of months there has been a decline in the quality of the groups and staff, A particular staff member gives me a dirty look everytime I attend the Haven. This makes me feel very uncomfortable! Of all places to go for help with mental health... A staff member makes you feel uncomfortable is very unacceptable when they are dealing with people that have complex mental health issues. I will follow this review up with a email complaint to the manager.
