A low end hair salon.Writing this review on behalf of my daughter as this hair salon obviously doesn't take kindly to negative reviews and immediately blocked her from there Facebook page so new clients couldn't see how unprofessional and incompetent the staff in this salon are. After arriving at her hair appointment on time for a simple refit of hair extensions. Hair wasn't washed during the process which is basic procedure and extensions were not brushed when putting them back in. Poor communication with the salon owner and mass confusion on their part about the appointment, she was offered a discount but on the day wasn't offered or given. A very poor lack of communication when it comes to booking appointments and then made to feel very awkward attending because of their overwhelming odd confusion catty conversation. Overall the whole experience wasn't a positive one and should probably be avoided there's much better places out there.
