Good window company

Been waiting 3 weeks for someone to phone me back. Not impressed. Had a window and door fitted and asked for a cat flap to be fitted to the door and some new handles to be replaced on some older windows, that information was not passed on to the fitting team, . They done the cat flap but not the handles.Had to call them back as had problems with both the cat flap and the window, I must say that this was done over 2 years ago. We have now got trouble locking the door and draughts coming from the brick work and the pvc.Also we were not given any paperwork on completion of the job . I phoned over 2 weeks ago to say about the door but I am still waiting for a call back. I still need 1 door replaced and 5 window seals looked at , who am I going to call?

Amazing quality windows

Had all new windows fitted a couple of years ago and already some of them are not opening or closing without catching. One of the windows doesn't even lock. Question whether the new windows are supporting the brickwork correctly as they rushed the install.....

We had a new door and windows fitted by Prism windows a few months back now, good communication, fitters were lovely chaps and the overall service was excellent. We also had a couple of minor issues which they came back and sorted without any hesitation which is why you use a local independent company. Highly recommend
